Refund policy

You can cancel your pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund. If your pre-order hasn’t shipped by the promised date, you can request a full refund at any time.

Returns
Unworn, unwashed items with tags and original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Customized jerseys (name and number) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Damaged or wrong item
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll replace the item or refund you.

Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, your refund is sent to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is damaged or wrong.
